Technological process of production of our tungsten carbide bushings: powder process → formula according to the use requirements → wet grinding → mixing → smash → dry → sieving → add binder → dry again → get the mixture after sieving → pelletize → pressing → forming → sinter-hip → forming (blank) → cylindrical grinding → flat-stone mill → internal grinding → notching → chamfering → cleaning → dimension check → packaging → entering warehouse.

Because of its excellent performances such as good wearing resistance, good corrosion resistance and higher impact resistance. Tungsten carbide bushings is widely used in pump industry, seal industry, bearing industry, petrochemical industry, automobile industry and so on.
